Bob's Red Mill elevates Winthrop
to chief executive officer
MILWAUKIE, ORE. - Trey Winthrop
has been named incoming chief executive
officer of Bob's Red Mill. He will succeed
Dennis Vaughn, who is retiring after
three years at the helm.
Mr. Winthrop has been with Bob's Red
Mill for more than 16 years and is currently
chief financial officer, a position
he has held since September 2015. He will
remain CFO until the company finds a
replacement, which is expected to occur
in early 2022. In the meantime, Robert
Agnew, former senior vice president of
sales, will take over as acting CEO and
chairman of the board of directors.

Quinn adds Michele Meyer and John
Foraker to board of directors
BOULDER, COLO. - Quinn, a snacks
company based in Boulder, has added to
its board of directors.
Michele Meyer, former
president of the snacks operating
unit at General Mills,
Inc. and an operating partner
at NewRoad Capital Partners,
has joined the board
of directors. John Foraker,
chief executive officer of
Once Upon A Farm, also has
joined Quinn's board.

Ms. Meyer said.
Mr. Foraker is co-founder
of Once Upon A Farm, a baby
food company. Earlier in his
career he was CEO of Annie's
Inc., CEO of Homegrown Natural
Foods, Inc. and CEO of

Mr. Winthrop joined Bob's Red Mill
in March 2005 as director of corporate
finance. Over the past 16 years he has
helped expand the brand into new product
categories. More recently, he's championed
the creation of new, forward-looking
roles at the company, including director
of innovation, sustainability manager and
a DEI specialist, the company said.
Mr. Vaughn will be retiring after a
22-year career with Bob's
Red Mill. He joined the
company in 1999 as director
of operations and later was
elevated to senior vice president
of operations and chief
operating officer in 2013. In
August 2018 he was named
CEO, taking over a role that
had been filled by Mr. Moore

Groman
PORTLAND, ORE. - Patty Groman has
been promoted to vice president of human
resources at Columbia Grain International
(CGI), a leader in the origination,
processing, logistics and distribution of
bulk grains, pulses, edible beans, oilseeds
and organics.
She joined
CGI in August
2020 as director
of human
resources.
Prior to joining
CGI she was
vice president
of human
resources at
Opus Agency.
Earlier, she
was a human resource business partner
at Xenium HR, human resource manager
at Audigy, and a vice president of human
resources and operations at United
